 We do our best to ship within 3 to 5 business days  in Ontario and  and 5-7 business days in other provinces of Canada and in US

Sungemstone is pleased to offer  free shipping all orders over $150 in Canada and US

LOST PARCEL or ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We feel sorry if that can happen during shipping. All orders placed with Sun Gemstone's webiste are subject to a shipping contract. if you can not receive your parcel in time or the parcel is damaged during shipping, please send us an email and rest assured that we will follow up your parcel with Canada Post with tracking number. An agreement will be reached between Sun Gemstone and customer to have the best satisfaction. However, we do not commit to enter into any agreement or any cost incurred for lost , damaged or defective items.
